Spending the entire day talking to yourself, trying to keep the positives close and the negatives away, difficult isn't it, especially when we have little time to do the things that we love the most, which is really sad as we only have one life and it's a short visit, it could soon be over.

With the pressures of everyday life and feeling completely lost career wise it's no wonder I battle on a daily basis with my own alter ego. I manage my mental health fairly well, I try to exercise, read and now blog and always try to fit in the things that I love the most but there is always room for improvement and I know I can do better but on occassions can't be arsed! When things get too much my head clouds with a thick fog. Despite this I always see the positives in things, well I try, however this time it's just through the cloud of fog that soon passes and returns and passes and returns and passes... And so there you have it Foggy Positives was created. A blog to inspire and to connect others.

How do you manage your mental health and well-being? 1in4 will experience a mental health problem. Take a look at your friends, family and colleagues and think about how best you can offer support to them, today.
