What have you done today your future self will thank you for?
When the time comes to cross over, (wherever that is, let’s face it, we are all heading in the same direction, it is EVERYONES final destination, death,) what will you say to yourself in those final moments?
“You lived a good life”
“You were awesome”
“You achieved so much and helped others along the way”
Or
“You missed opportunities.”
“You didn’t try hard enough.”
“You quit too easily.”
I could go on and on but you get my point!
I’ve felt quite overwhelmed over the last couple of weeks and I think it’s because the football season has come to an end. I spend the entire season busy busy busy with very little time to do the one thing I love, absolutely nothing! So, now the season has ended and I’m thinking, ‘what now!?’ Instead of embracing this time I have been dwelling and that is not good to do.
I am NOT going to waste this summer regretting this free time; instead I am going to use it wisely and then better manage my time throughout the season so I don't burn out.
Last night I made a ‘to do’ list for Madison and I and we have managed to tick a few things off.
Already I feel motivated and realigned to my purpose.

Imagine at the end of the day, floating up out of your body and watching your day back, would your future self be grateful for the efforts you made today for a better tomorrow?
If no, what are you going to do differently?
Don’t wait to the end to reflect on your life when there is absolutely nothing you can do to change it, make sure you reflect every single day, what has worked well and what can you do differently to move you closer to your goals and dreams? Make sure you practise the 'Birds Eye View Reflection Task' each day.
Whatever you want to achieve in your life, YOU must believe, really believe, that you can do it, then go out there and make it happen, don’t dwell, instead embrace time.
